In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to hello@prorrhoney.in with the Subject - ‘Wrong Product’. We will dispatch your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to hello@prorrhoney.in with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving this Email.
Products once opened are not eligible for return except in special scenarios.
Items that are shipped to Pyorr without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
